Terms of Use
Terms of Use
Last updated 14 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Transita. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
1. Who we are
Transita is operated by RouteHunt (RC 1766960). "We" and "us" mean RouteHunt trading as Transita. Reach us at hello@axon.sale.
2. What Transita is, and what it is not
Transita is a comparison service. We collect the departures and fares that independent transport operators publish, and show them side by side so you can decide who to travel with.
We do not sell tickets. We are not a transport operator, a travel agent or a booking agent, and we are not a party to any contract between you and an operator. When you have chosen a trip, you book and pay the operator directly, on their terms.
3. The information on this site
Fares, departure times, journey times, terminals and vehicle types come from the operators themselves. We check them against what each operator publishes and update them regularly, but they change without notice, and an operator can cancel or re-time a service at any time.
So treat what you see here as a guide to what an operator is offering, not a guarantee. Confirm the fare, the time and the terminal with the operator before you travel. Arrival times in particular are estimates: operators publish a departure time and rarely an arrival, so where we show one it is worked out from the journeys we hold and is not a promise.
4. Your journey is between you and the operator
The operator is responsible for the service it sells you - the vehicle, the driver, departure and arrival, delays, cancellations, your luggage, refunds and your safety. Complaints, claims and refund requests go to the operator. We will help point you in the right direction where we can, but we cannot settle them.
5. Advertising
Some placements on this site are paid for. They are labelled as sponsored, and a sponsorship never hides a cheaper trip or moves it down the list - the ranking you see is the honest one. Advertisers are responsible for their own claims and for the sites their ads lead to.
6. Using the site properly
You may use Transita to compare and plan travel. You may not:
- scrape, harvest or bulk-extract the fares, timetables or terminal data on this site by any automated means, or republish them as your own;
- interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses, or try to get at anything you have not been given access to;
- submit false information through our forms, or use them to send unsolicited or unlawful material;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms other users.
7. Content and ownership
The design, text, code and compiled data on this site belong to us or our licensors. Operator names and logos belong to those operators and appear here so you can identify them.
Some of the descriptive text about cities and places is reused under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike licence; where it is, the source and licence are named on the page it appears on.
8. Other sites
Where we link to an operator, an advertiser or any other site, we are not responsible for what is on it or what it does with your information. Their terms apply once you leave here.
9. Availability
We try to keep Transita available and accurate, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every operator or route will be listed. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from a fare or time that changed, a service an operator did not run, a journey that did not go as planned, or the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after that means you accept the new version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
